1. Purpose and application
These terms apply to the ENORI iOS app and related services operated by BBDynoLab (address: Seoul, Republic of Korea; email: della.kimko@gmail.com). A contract is formed when you review and affirm each mandatory document at signup. Apps distributed through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Mandatory law and the Apple EULA prevail to the extent of a conflict.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to use an adult connection service where you live.
- Initial registration is for residents of the Republic of Korea or Japan. Service for residents of Japan opens only after required notification to the competent Public Safety Commission and other launch requirements are completed.
- ENORI currently provides opposite-sex introductions between women and men; your signup profile gender must be woman or man.
- You must provide accurate information and use one personal account with your own Apple account.
- You may not use ENORI if prohibited by law or permanently suspended for a serious safety violation.
Sign in with Apple confirms account control; it does not prove adulthood. Profile introductions, requests, and chat are enabled only after separate age verification and profile review are approved.
3. How the service works
ENORI introduces people without profile photos, using interests, values, languages, relationship intentions, and mutual introduction preferences. You can review daily introductions and send a request that includes what stood out and a first question. A private chat opens only when the other person accepts.
We do not guarantee a number or quality of introductions, a response, a match, a relationship, or any outcome. A verification badge shows only the result of the stated process; it is not a guarantee of identity, character, intention, or safety.
4. Accounts and content
You are responsible for protecting your account and managing activity on your device. Notify us promptly through in-app support if you detect unauthorized use.
You retain rights to the profile, requests, messages, and inquiries you create. You grant ENORI a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, reproduce, display, and deliver them only as needed to operate the service, perform safety review, and handle reports. That permission ends when your account is deleted, except for minimal records that must be retained for legal or safety reasons.
5. Community standards
You must not:
- provide false information, impersonate others, share accounts, automate access, or reverse engineer the service
- operate paid-engagement or “chat worker” accounts, outsource conversations, manipulate interest or activity, post false testimonials, or pretend to represent ENORI
- harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate, exploit sexually, or share sexual content without consent
- contact minors or promote commercial sex, trafficking, or illegal goods and services
- request money, promote investments or crypto, defraud, recruit commercially, or operate a pyramid scheme
- distribute malware or spam, harvest personal information, or expose another person’s content
- circumvent contact protections by sharing phone numbers, social IDs, or links
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local police or emergency services before using in-app reporting.
6. YEON and in-app purchases
YEON is a digital item used for displayed ENORI features such as additional or priority connection requests. It is not cash, a deposit, or a payment instrument, and cannot be transferred outside ENORI or redeemed for cash.
- The number and reset time of free daily requests are shown in the app.
- The YEON cost of an additional or priority request is shown before sending.
- Purchased YEON does not expire. Separate conditions may be shown for bonus YEON.
- Messaging, translation, reporting, and blocking do not require YEON.
- Hold, use, and return rules based on whether a request is viewed, accepted, or declined are shown before payment.
Purchases and refunds follow Apple’s App Store payment terms and applicable consumer law. Price and tax appear on the purchase confirmation screen. For payment errors or duplicate transactions, use in-app support and Apple’s purchase issue process.
7. Safety and moderation
ENORI automatically checks prohibited contact details, links, and risky phrases before posting, and a person reviews profiles before publication. Every profile and chat offers free reporting and blocking. A reporter chooses the reason, details, and whether to include recent messages; the reported person is not told who submitted it.
Depending on severity and risk, ENORI may warn, block content, limit features, require age or profile reverification, or suspend an account temporarily or permanently. Urgent safety or legal action may occur without advance notice, but where possible the affected user receives the rule, factual summary, duration, and appeal route. A final sanction can be appealed in the app at no charge and is reviewed by an authorized person other than the original decision-maker. Public response targets appear on the Support page.
8. Pausing and deleting an account
You may pause introductions or request account deletion in the app. On deletion, ENORI revokes the Apple authentication connection and deletes profiles, introductions, chats, support inquiries, and age-verification materials. Hashed transaction records may remain for five years from purchase, and separated report evidence may remain for up to 180 days after closure or the duration of a lawful hold, as described in the Privacy Policy. Chats and YEON balances cannot be restored. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected.
9. Intellectual property
The ENORI name, app, design, software, logo, and editorial content belong to ENORI or their rightful owners. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivatives beyond the personal, non-commercial use permitted by the Apple EULA and these terms.
10. Changes and responsibility
We may change or temporarily suspend features for safety, legal, technical, or operational reasons and will announce material planned changes reasonably. ENORI uses reasonable care but does not guarantee compatibility between people, anyone’s conduct, offline meetings, or uninterrupted service.
To the extent permitted by law, ENORI’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the paid transaction giving rise to the claim during the previous 12 months. This does not limit liability for BBDynoLab’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury, privacy violations, or mandatory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We first try to resolve disputes through email or in-app support; unresolved disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court. Mandatory consumer and privacy protections in Japan or another user residence, including a consumer’s right to bring a claim in a local court, are not excluded.
11. Updates and contact
We announce material changes before they take effect and request renewed consent when a new version materially affects rights, processing purposes, or payment terms. Contact us in Me → Privacy, Terms & Support or at della.kimko@gmail.com.
